Started playing golf at the age of 11...Credits her parents and sister Danielle (LPGA Tour member) as the individuals most influencing her career...Enjoys reading, photography, crossword puzzles, pinball, listening to music and going to the movies...Qualified for the Tour on her third attempt. Ammaccapane was a runner-up at the 1987 Trans National and won the 1988 Tour Tulsa event. She was a member of the 1989 NCAA Championship team at San Jose State University and tied for third at the 1990 NCAA Championship.
