Aside from earning honors as the 1988 Women’s Metropolitan Stroke Play and Match Play champion, Bartholomew was also the 1988 New York State Amateur champion. As a collegiate player, she was the 1987 Duke University Invitational champion and the 1987 UNC-Woodbridge Invitational champion. Bartholomew finished as runner-up at the 1988 NCAA Championship.
