Grantsville, UT

Jody is a native of Rigby, Idaho.

She credits her love and passion for the game to her hero and grandfather, Ray Miles, and her overall success to her parents, Niels and Shelley Niemann.  Jody has one older sister Nicole Niemann and is a single mom of two boys: Jordan Dansie (19) and Jaxon Dansie (16).

Jody played collegiate golf at Arizona State University, where she was a two-time NCAA Team Champion and three-time All-American. In her final year at ASU, she was the recipient of the Heather Farr Award, recognizing the female student-athlete who best combines academics, athletics, sportsmanship, and a commitment to the community while maintaining a 3.0 GPA.  She then went on to win the 1999 USGA Public Links Champion with her favorite caddy Carl Laib “Caddy Machine.”

Jody played on the tour from 2000-2003. Coached Division I Collegiate Golf from 2003-2011. Enjoyed time with Walters Golf and Topgolf before joining the Motorsport industry to experience some “fast fun.”

Currently, Jody works full-time as the VP of People and Culture at Utah Motorsports Campus. Where she says, “coaching people to work as a team in a culture of everything “speed” to then enjoying the sounds of nature alone on the golf course is truly unique - I love it! But nothing beats competition amongst friends on the tour!”
