It took me twelve (12) trips through the Q school to finally get my LPGA Tour card. My good friend Kristal Parker got on the bag and finally got me through. I had to qualify for it again for the 2004 season; meanwhile, I had found my true calling in sales. I started my company, Tournament Treasures, in 2005. It opened a whole new world for me. I landed my “Dream Customer” - The President Bush Library in Dallas, Texas. I made over 40 gifts for President Bush while he was in office. I played golf with him in 2011 and was able to land the account and feature my products in his store by 2013. It was HUGE! I felt like I just won a Major… but life is always full of ups and downs. My mother was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in 2012. It was heartbreaking, but we rallied and spent the next 20 months having more fun than we had ever seen. It was truly a gift to spend that time with her until her last day on October 17, 2014. I now have her two boy Poodles, “Marco” and “Rascal.” I live by the words “Why Not?”, spreading awareness for colonoscopies and trying to play some good golf! In 2021, I finished T-3 in the Sr. LPGA Championship.
